Motor scooters FAQs

Q: Can I learn how to ride a scooter and actually master the technique?
A: There have been hundreds, likely thousands of people who do master the ability to ride a scooter.

It is important to remember that the braking controls on your scooter will be similar to those of a bicycle—placed in the same way and definitely a feature you should really learn how to handle like a master right away. Brake failure (or confusion as how to use them) is a very dangerous way to go.

In addition, scooters are fully automatic so it is quite simple, just rev up and go. There are, of course, always training courses about how to ride your scooter as well—so the basically, your answer is yes.

Q: When should I have my scooter serviced? Will I need to do regular maintenance checkups?
A: Yes, maintenance check-ups are very important for any kind of vehicle.

Q: What about scooter accessories?
A: There is an enormous array of scooter accessories available on the market today. Everything from well-designed helmets, with all kinds of decorative themes, security locks, retro goggles, riding gloves, jackets and of course, there are covers to protect your scooter when you need to park outdoors.
